This will include being a successful Associate pastorEffectively equipping those in their churches to do the work of ministry .

This program is an accredited program design to prepare any personthat is interested in being ordained for gospel ministry. In this program you will learn the basic tools needed to be an effective minister and most of all a leader in the house of God. 

1. To provide our students with a Biblical framework and hands-on ministry skills to practically influence the world with the ultimate goal of salvation and proper disciples of souls (Matt 28: 19-20). 

2. In addition, the appropriate spiritual growth of students is considered essential. It will provide our students with a solid foundation for discovering God's will and applying it to every area of ministry with special emphasis on the five-fold. (II Peter 1: 3-11).

 

Objectives

 Effectively delivering the gospel in today's society is a challenging endeavor. So for those who are called to Minister God's Word, understanding the contemporary human personality is critical to success. In addition to practical ministerial leadership skills, AILD program teaches ministers and ministerial candidates how to exemplify their consuming love for the Word of God by heightening their sensitivity to the needs of people. Our comprehensive curriculum encompasses the tools needed to reap the endless rewards of helping others trust and believe in God's plan for their lives.
